Ventaflex joins Cornus Holding
Ventaflex, based in Altenberge (North Rhine-Westphalia), is a specialist in pre-insulated air duct systems produced with its patented Rotafusion process — and becomes the first company in the Cornus Holding portfolio.
Industrial, commercial and municipal buildings in Germany and abroad benefit from the energy efficiency of Ventaflex products, from fast and cost-efficient installation thanks to their exceptional lightness, and from the highest hygiene standards of the components — a critical factor in ventilation in particular.
