XARIS joins Cornus Holding

XARIS GmbH, based in Vienna, is an Austrian specialist for digital floor checks in the automotive and mobile heavy-equipment trade — and becomes the second company in the Cornus Holding portfolio.

Just a week after welcoming Ventaflex, we are delighted to announce our second acquisition. The XARIS technology turns the physical inventory checks behind dealer and bank financing into a fast, transparent and fully digital process — and it manages the return and remarketing of leased assets end to end.

XARIS will continue to be led by its established management: Rainer Dinkhoff remains CEO, and Alexander Ebhardt, who has long shaped the company’s direction, now formally takes on the role of Managing Director.
